Aliza is the Operations Associate at the Center for New Jewish Culture. She brings a creative and visionary approach to her work, drawing on experience across operations, programming, education, and spiritual direction. Prior to joining The Center, Aliza worked at the Hadar Institute in multiple roles, most recently as the Associate Director of Teen Empowerment, where she launched and led the organization’s inaugural slate of national teen initiatives. She has worked and taught at institutions including the Shalom Hartman Institute and Harvard University. Aliza holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School.
